Special Gift Vouchers Auto Fulfillment
When purchasing a Gift Vouchers (the “GV”), you must provide your billing information (e.g., credit or debit card number) at check-out. Unpaid vouchers orders are automatically cancelled and do not appear in the special orders list, all paid vouchers orders can be viewed in Account> My Orders> Special Order.
When a Gift Vouchers order status is changed to [Paid]: You will not receive any physical goods, the Gift Vouchers are automatically issued to the email address you provide in your GV order, you can also check it in "My Account> My Coupons".

Promotional Gift Vouchers Auto Distribution
In certain instances, we may issue Promotional Gift Vouchers to you free of charge for promotional or other purposes. The Promotional Vouchers do not need to be purchased and will be automatically issued when specific criteria are met. eg. If $200 has been spent in one transaction, the customer can acquire a $10 voucher for next order.
Such Promotional Gift Vouchers can be redeemed only on the Site or the App and may be subject to additional or different terms. Except for the different terms that are specifically disclosed to you when you receive a Promotional Gift Vouchers, this Gift Vouchers Policy shall be applicable to all types Gift Vouchers.
Vouchers Policy
Purchase of Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers (the “GV”) purchases are final and non-refundable.
Each user can purchase a maximum of 1 Gift Voucher of the same denomination during the same event period.
Promotional Coupons, Promotional Points, Wallet credits and another Gift Card cannot be applied towards the purchases of Gift Vouchers.
Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right, without notifying you, to void Gift Vouchers without a refund, suspend or terminate customer User Accounts or the ability to use our Services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that Gift Vouchers are obtained, used, or applied to LovelyWholesale orders fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of Gift Vouchers Policy.
Use of Gift Vouchers
All the Gift Vouchers/ E-Gift Cards can be redeemed only for eligible purchases on the LovelyWholesale website (the “Site”) and the LovelyWholesale mobile application (the “App”) and may be subject to additional or different terms.
To redeem your Gift Vouchers towards an eligible purchase, enter the Gift Vouchers Code and use it as a promo coupon when checking out. This Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers (the “GV”) are non-reusable, the whole amount must be used in one transaction, which means applying the vouchers code in product orders will use all of its all values in a transaction.
Multiple Gift Vouchers can NOT be clubbed in a single order. Please note that only one Gift Voucher can be redeemed in connection with any given order and cannot be "stacked" or combined with other deals or promotions for that same order.
The Gift Vouchers will be credited toward your purchase amount as a promo coupon. If the products total amount is more than the balance on the Gift Vouchers, you must pay for the remaining amount. If any left, No Credit note / Balance / Refund for the unused amount of the Gift Vouchers. Please Note that remaining funds also can't be applied to another purchase.
Example of a $10 Gift Voucher:
* When payable amount is $12, pay $2 (Remaining amount of $2 = $12 total - $10 Gift Vouchers).
* When payable amount is $9, pay $0 (Vouchers balance of $1 will be voided and this voucher cannot be used for another order).
The Gift Vouchers offer is only valid for the applicable product amount. Shipping costs and tax or other special products will not be eligible for the Gift Vouchers offer.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
Gift Vouchers can be used during sale.
Gift Vouchers CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
Please note that Gift vouchers may have an expiration date, and be subject to other conditions.
The person who has the Gift Vouchers Code is deemed to be the beneficiary. Lovelywholesale will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers, or if a Gift Voucher is used without your authorization. Title and risk of loss to Gift Vouchers pass to you upon sale of the Gift Vouchers. Please ensure that taking proper ways to secure your Gift Vouchers code from unauthorized access and use. If you suspect someone has copied or stolen your Gift Vouchers, contact us immediately through Customer Service.
Returns are subject to the following guidelines:
- For Gift Vouchers Order:
Once a transaction has been completed (Special Gift Vouchers order status is changed to [Paid]), there are absolutely no returns or refunds. By completing the transaction, we will default you to accept all the vouchers terms and policies.
- For Regular Products Order with Gift Vouchers:
Once the item has been delivered and/or received, there are no returns.
If an order is paid by a Gift Vouchers and is later returned and a refund is requested, the amount of the order that was paid by the Gift Vouchers will NOT be returned.
Returns where the Gift Vouchers were applied may result in an adjusted refund amount (Vouchers can NOT be Returns or exchanges).
Example of a $10 Gift Voucher:
* When order amount is $12, total refund is $2
$2 = Actual payment amount is $2, $10 Vouchers can NOT be Returns or exchanges.
* When order amount is $9, total refund is $0
$0 = Actual payment amount is $0, $10 Vouchers can NOT be Returns or exchanges.
For partially refund, refund= Actual payment amount - returned item(s) amount applicable to the vouchers.
FAQs
Reason for Unreceived Gift Vouchers
For special gift vouchers orders: gift vouchers will be automatically issued once the completes of the special gift vouchers orders. Coupons will be issued once every hour until received.
After the Gift Voucher has been purchased successfully, it will be sent to the email address indicated on your Gift Vouchers order. If you do not receive your Gift Voucher, the reasons maybe have as follows:
1, You entered the wrong email address when purchasing the Gift Vouchers. Please contact Customer Service to confirm and change the email address.
2, Your coupon package is full. Please contact Customer Service to resend.
How long will my payment request take to process?
When you make a withdrawal (payout), there are maybe some delays depending on the method of payment you choose. You can check your payment status in Account> My Orders> Special Order or contact Customer Service to confirm.
Why can't I see the full Gift Voucher code after I issue the voucher?
Gift Voucher codes are considered coupon, so only the LovelyWholesale members can see the full gift card code.
How do I activate my vouchers code?
It is available when you receive it, please note that Gift Vouchers can be used during sale and it CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
I haven’t received a shipping notification...
All paid vouchers orders can be viewed in Account> My Orders> Special Order.
