Q1. What types of points will expire this time?
A1: The type of points that expire this time is only LW points. The level points of VIP members will not be affected by point expiration.
Q2. How to check the points that will expire soon?
A2: Please log into your LovelyWholesale account and click on "My Points" in your personal account to view the points balance & how many LW points will expire soon.
Q3. I use points to place an order before the validity period of LW points. If the order is refunded, what effect will the points validity period have?
A3: If the cancellation order/refund occurs outside the validity period of the points, expired points will not be refunded.
What are LW Points
LW points are reward credits earned by LovelyWholesale users for order completion, written item reviews and other LovelyWholesale activities. LW points can only be used by LovelyWholesale registered users, they can be used as discounts during the checkout.
Conversion rate: 50 LW points=1 USD
*Points can at most pay 15% of the item price in each order.
How to Earn LW Points
1.Register at LovelyWholesale. 20 Points for new registered members
2.Shopping at LovelyWholesale. You can get LW points when you shop on LovelyWholesale
3.Write a Review. 5 LW Points For each review
4. Upload photos related to the product, you can get 10 LW points When it is verified.

How to use LW points?
Use LW Points to discount Order Price. With LW Points in your account, you can use them on the checkout page.
1.Select the items you want to buy, and click "Proceed to Checkout".
2.Locate "LW Points" and enter the amount of points you want to use. 50 LW Points = $1
LW Points can redeem up to 15% of the final item value (Exc. shipping and insurance)
3.Click"Use LW Points" to input how many points you want to use this time
4.Click "Pay by Paypal" or "Pay by Credit Card"
Where can I check my point status?
Sign in your account and you'll see your rank at User Center
Rules about LW points:
1. 50 LW points = $1
2. You can pay for purchase price with LW points. (shipping fee and insurance excluded.)
3. Coupons can be used together with LW Points to reduce prices.
4. If you use LW points on an order and there is a refund, the points will return to your account.(For partial refund, only partial points will be returned.)
5. If an order is placed and fully shipped, points will be sent as a reward. The number of the points sent is equivalent to the amount paid for the item(s). You’ll earn 1 point for every dollar spent on your purchase. (There will be no points for shipping fee and insurance fee)
6.When points have been sent for an order which is later refunded, We will also take back the points that were previously issued. (only the points for the items that have been refunded)
